Refund & Returns

At Bikachu, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in delivering fresh, pure, and high-quality spices. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Returns

Due to the nature of food and spice products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used. However, returns may be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is expired or defective at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting our support team with order details and clear images of the product.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used spice products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
